Following is a partial list of our capabilities:
Cast acrylic: Our cast acrylic process enables us to create various forms, in several textures. A broad range of crisp colours enables us to match corporate colours and tight specifications.
Metal, Wood & Glass: Our in-house woodworking capabilities, metal and glass inventory permit us to incorporate these materials into our designs and products.
CNC Machining: A fully-equipped machining department offers the latest technology in precision machining - from 5-axis and routers, to lathes for projects that require precision machining.
Silicon and Vacuum Form Molding: Some projects call for more complex molding techniques. We create our own in-house molds, using various materials such as silicon, metal or vacuum forming.
High Definition Digital Prints: We invest in the latest digital technology to offer high quality, cost-effective, printing options to our customers.
Silkscreen Printing: We love technology but traditional silk-screening is still the best option for some applications. We have the best and most experienced silk-screeners in the business.
Computer Aided Design (CAD): Our in-house technical design team can model complex products. These drawings can be used for virtual samples (U3Proof) and/or complex CNC machining.
Planning system: Our advanced planning system enables us to manage a large amount of custom orders and deliver as promised. It is an integral part of our customer service process that allows us to provide status or tracking information at all times.
360 Picture Production Approval Process: Pictures are taken for each and every project as it reaches completion and final polishing. A Hi-Resolution .jpg and a hyper-link showing the pieces from all angles are e-mailed to the customer prior to shipping.
