New Process for an EXACT 3D Replica

Challenge

A distributor in the financial industry needed a financial tombstone to serve as a souvenir for all participants in a notable achievement. The piece was to be created in Lucite® and include an exact replica of a 3.5” Greek divinity. To enhance the look, the replica was to be mounted on a clear acrylic rectangle.

Solution

With the distributor's helpful hand, we sourced a statue that was larger than our requirements, however by utilizing a 3-D scanning process, we were able to create a new figurine of the correct size. We then proceeded to produce a silicone mold and recreate a beautiful replica. When we saw the result it was even better than we expected. Every detail had been reproduced with incredible precision. We successfully created a piece that meet the client's expectations.
